Do not push the buttons if the pulse watch is wet. Water
may penetrate the housing through the buttons and dam-
age the clockwork.
Keep in mind that salt and thermal water could cause met-
al parts to corrode.
It is recommended that you do not wear the pulse watch in
the sauna as condensation can form due to the differences
in temperature and damage the pulse watch as a result.
Movements during swimming or a water stream (e.g. when
showering or washing your hands) could cause peaks in
pressure. The applicable areas of the pulse watch are sub-
jected to significantly greater forces than presumed based
on the depth alone. Only watches with a classification of
