Configuring workout zones and goals
The indicator for the workout zone blinks in the top display
segment (basic setting: “HEALTH”), the indicator “ZONE” ap-
pears in the bottom display segment.
You can now select a workout zone. With the workout zone
you can define a suitable lower limit and upper limit for your
pulse for your workout.
The lower and upper limits for your pulse are
aligned with your maximum pulse. You can find
out how to determine your maximum pulse in
the chapter “Determining your maximum pulse.
The pulse watch has an individually adjustable (INDIV) work-
out zone as well as three preset workout zones:
