A:1.Thereistheimpurityinthefilament,whichisstackedinthenozzle.Pleasecleanthenozzlebythe
needle;ortakethenozzleoffandcleaninsideofthenozzlebyneedleanddrill.
Note:IftheTeflonfilamenttubehasbeengrindingonthefilamentextrudergearthereisagoodchancethat
smallpiecesofTeflonwillcontaminatethetube.TheTeflonwillnotmeltandwillblockthenozzle!Ifthis
occursyouwillneedtoremovethenozzleandblowouttheanycontaminationfromthetube.
2.Thenozzleisoverheatedcausingthefilamentcarbonizedinside.Pleasecleanthenozzlebyneedle;ortake
thenozzleoffandcleaninsideofthenozzlebyneedleanddrill.
3.Thedeformationofthenozzleholeoccurredbyexternalforce.Pleasereplacethenozzle.

A:1.Theheatingtubeconnectionistooloose.Pleasetightentheconnection.
2.Heatingtube/temperaturecontroller/powertubedamage.Pleasecheckifoneofthenozzlesworkswell,
buttheotheronecannotbeheated,pleasetroubleshootbythefollowingmethods:
1)Openthemachinecase,andfindouttheconnectorsoftwoheatingtubes,exchangethetwoconnectors,
heatthenozzleagain.Ifthefailedonecanworknow,itmeansoneheatingtubeis
brokenandneedstobereplaced;
2)Ifafterexchangingthetwoheatingtube,thefailednozzlestillcan’twork,pleaseexchangetheheating
tubesback,andtrytoexchangetheconnectionofthetwotemperaturecontroller,heatthenozzleagain,if
thefailednozzlecanwork,itmeansonetemperaturecontrollerisbrokenandneedstobereplaced;
3）Iftheabovecannotsolvetheproblem,itmeansitshouldbetheproblemofthepowertubeonthemain
