STEP 22 — Seats & Seat Cleats:
Arrange the Seat Boards (AQ) in pairs
resting on the Picnic Supports. Leave a
space of 16-1/2" between the pairs of
Seat Boards. The gap between the Seat
Boards in a pair should be 3/8".
Fasten the Seat Boards using four #10
x 2-1/2" Screws for each board. Fasten
one Seat Cleat (AO) to the bottom cen-
ter of each pair of Seat Boards using
four #10 x 1-5/8" Screws from below as
shown.
STEP 23 — Table Supports:
Using the upper pilot holes, fasten one
Picnic Support (AN) to the left Post
Assemblies using one 1/4 x 3-1/2" Lag
Screw and one 1/4" Flat Washer for each
end.
Repeat with another Picnic Support on
the right Posts.
STEP 24 — Table Boards &
Table Cleat:
Arrange three Table Boards (AP) in the
center of the two Table Supports and
attach each board using four #10 x 1-5/8"
Screws as shown. Leave a Gap of 3/8"
between Table Boards.
Fasten the Table Cleat (AF) to the bottom
center of the Table Boards using six #10
x 1-5/8" Screws as shown. Do not drive
screws too deeply. Do not allow the tips
of the screws to protrude from the top of
the Table Boards.
