divingatanaltitudehigherthantheonewherethediverusuallylives,thebody
experiencesalterationsduetonitrogenoversaturationanditmustrebalanceitself
withtheexternalenvironment.It isimportanttokeep in mindthatbecauseof
thelowerpartialpressureoftheoxygenintheatmosphere,ourbodyneedsan
acclimatizationperiod.Thereforewerecommendafterarrivingataltitudethatyou
waitatleast12to24hoursbeforetakingadive.
