Warranty period
Thewarrantyperiodstartsfromtheretailpurchasedatebytherstpurchaser.
The product can consist of several components which may be covered by a
differentwarrantyperiod.Inparticular,thislimitedwarrantyisvalidforaperiodof:
A)twoyearsforunderwatercomputers
B) one year for consumables and accessories, including by way of example,
straps,buckles,etc.(bothincludedinthedivecomputeroriginalpackagingor
purchasedseparately).
Within the limits allowed by the applicable National Laws, the warranty period
willnotbeextendedorrenewedorchangedinanywayfollowingalaterresale,
productrepair,orproductreplacementauthorizedbyCressi.However,theparts
oftheproductrepairedorreplacedduringthewarrantyperiod,orthereplaced
product,areguaranteedfor theremaining originalwarrantyperiodorforthree
monthsfromtherepairorreplacementdate,dependingonwhichperiodislonger.
How to make use of warranty services
If you want to submit a claim under this limited warranty, contact your Cressi
authorized dealer for information about claim submission; information will be
providedabouthowtorequesttheapplicationofthewarrantytoyourproduct.
IfyouwanttoreturntheproductbyshippingittoyourauthorizedCressidealer,
makesurethatshippingisprepaid.
Thevalidityoftheclaimssubmittedundertothislimitedwarrantyissubjectto
noticationtoCressiortoaCressiauthorizedservicecenteroftheallegeddefect
withinareasonabletimefromitsobservation,butnotbeyondtheexpiryofthe
warrantyperiod.
Based on this limited warranty, any claim must include the buyer's name and
address,theproofofpurchasewhichshallclearlyindicatethenameandaddress
of the seller, the date and place of purchase, and the type of product. The request
forrepairunderwarrantywillbesatisedfreeofchargebyCressiorbyaCressi
authorizedservicecenter,accordingtotheirexclusivejudgment,andtheproduct
willberepairedorreplacedwithinareasonabletime.
If the product is deemed non-compliant with the termsand conditions of this
limitedwarranty,CressioraCressiauthorizedservicecenterreservetherightto
charge service and/or repair costs.
Other important notes
In case of product repair or replacement, the data and contents stored in it may be
lost.CressioraCressiauthorizedservicecenterwillnotbeliableforanydamage
orlossofcontentsordataduringProductrepairorreplacement.
Cressirecommendsthatyoumakeback-upsortakewrittennoteofimportant
content or data stored in the product.
Whenreplaced,theproductorpartofitwillbecomepropertyofCressi.Ifarefund
isgranted,theproductinquestionmustbereturnedtoaCressiauthorizedservice
center,sinceitbecomesthepropertyofCressiand/ortheCressiauthorizedcenter.
Inthe eventtheproduct isrepairedorreplaced,Cressi oraCressi authorized
servicecentercanusenew,asnew,orrepairedproductsorparts.
