 Device doesn’t discharge water.
 Make sure that you remove the plug in
tube before drainage.
 Low dishwashing performance.
 Make sure that detergent and rinse aid
is of high-quality, and check their
levels.
 If dishwashing arms are blocked, clean
thoroughly.
 Clean all filters.
 Check water pressure.
 Don’t place plates in device before
removing any coarse dirt.
 Your device is not designed for
washing glass at the outlet of factory.
In long term, there might be marks and
stains on glass.
 The marks on the dishes might occur
due to lime. It is required to use
softening agent.
 Check salt or chemical level if you use
softening agent.
 Device takes water more than
sufficient amount.
 Discharge all water inside device and
fill water back.
 Clean all filters.
 Make sure that plug or outlet is not
blocked.
 Clean filter of drainage pump.
 If device doesn’t stop taking water
despite of all this, disconnect electric
and water connections and call the
service.
