7. Troubleshooting
When you encounter any problem, please check following before you call the
authorized service.
 Confirm that there is water and electric inlet to the device.
 Check your detergent and rinse aid level.
 Make sure that outlet plug fits its place.
 Check whether or not drainage pump filter is blocked.
Problem
Possible Solutions
 Device doesn’t take water.
 Device doesn’t make dishwashing.
 Device doesn’t make rinsing.
 Check if water valve is open.
 Confirm if water inlet house is not
blocked or bended.
 Confirm if power lamp illuminates.
 Discharge all water inside device and
fill water back.
 Device slowly takes water.
 Make sure that water inlet valve is
fully open.
 Confirm that water pressure is
minimum 2 bars.
 Make sure that rinsing arms are not
blocked.
 Check if water inlet hose is not blocked
or bended.
 Device doesn’t make heating.
 Discharge all water inside device and
fill water back.
 Make sure that water inlet
temperature is in between specified
values.
 Check water level in tube.
 Resistance failure, call technical
service.
