5-5 DISASSEMBLING YOUR SCOOTER
Remove the screws to disassemble armrests. (Figure 27)
Disassembling armrests :
Disassemble : Open the seat storage box and have someone’s help to lift up the seat
until screws are removed.(See section 5-1 General operation - seat storage box). Use
the wrench to loosen screws and disassemble the seat. (Figure 28)
Assemble : Follow the same steps backwards.
Disassembling seat :
Remove the three screws to disassemble the storage box. (Figure 29)
Put the seat back and fasten the three screws to assemble.
Disassembling seat storage box :
The seat is heavy. Disassemble the seat by two persons to avoid danger during
operation.
Do not sit on the scooter when disassemble/assemble the scooter and make sure the
scooter is power off and in D position.
Do not modify or change the scooter with non-authorized parts or accessories.
Do not tow the scooter by any vehicle. It
may cause serious damage to the scooter.
Open the seat storage box and disassemble it. (See section 5-1General operation - Seat
storage box & 5-5 Disassembling your scooter-disassembling seat storage box) (Figure
30~31)
Disconnect the connecting wire of two batteries. (Figure 32)
Release the battery velcro straps and disconnect the battery connectors to remove the
batteries. Always use battery handle for carrying. (Figure 33~34)
Follow the same steps backwards to assemble batteries.
Disassembling batteries :
To ensure safety during the transportation, there are four fixed hooks for fixing scooter
on other vehicles. (Figure 25)
Make sure the scooter is in D position when
transporting.
Do not sit on the scooter during transportation.
