Nozzles
1. Remove the colored quick-connect nozzles from the plastic
bag and insert them into correct grommet on the nozzle
holder. Nozzles are color coded to match colored nozzles
on label. See Figure 3-2.

Assembly
NOTICE: This unit is shipped without gasoline or oil in
the engine. Fill up with gasoline and oil as instructed in the
accompanying engine manual BEFORE operating your pressure
washer.
NOTICE (CC3400/CC3600): The pump on this unit is
maintenance free and requires no oil. If there is a problem with
the pump, a Customer Support Representative at (800) 965-4CUB
as soon as possible.
NOTICE (CC4033) The high-pressure pump was filled with
oil at the factory. Always check oil level before using (refer to
Maintenance & Adjustments for more information).
Handle
1. Slide the handle assembly onto the frame and secure with
saddle bolts and knobs. See Figure 3-1.
NOTICE: Risk of personal injury. Avoid placing hands between
handle and frame when assembling to prevent pinching.
