Install the brake caliper pistons (1)
Installing the Front Brake calipers

Install
Brake caliper assembly
Brake caliper mounting bolts
48Nm (4.8m · kg, 35 ft · lb)
Brake hose (1)
Copper washers (2)
Union bolt (3)
Note:
When installing the brake hose be sure
that the brake fitting touches the stop
(a)
on the brake caliper.
2.
Fill the brake fluid reservoir
Must use DOT 3 Brake Fluid.
3.
Bleed the air out of the brake
system.
4.
Add brake fluid to above the
minimum level indicated on the
reservoir.
Caution:
Brake fluid will damage painted
surfaces and plastic parts. Always
clean up spills immediately.
