HOW TO USE

Plug the power cord into an available outlet. The bread maker will beep and the LCD display will
default to menu option 1.

Press the MENU button until the number of your desired function is displayed.

Press the WEIGHT button until your desired loaf size is displayed. Note the weight can only
be customized with menu options 1-7.

Press the COLOR button until the desired crust color is displayed. Note the crust can only
be customized with menu options 1-7.

If setting the DELAY TIMER is desired, press the TIME-/TIME+ buttons to adjust the
amount of delay time shown on the the LCD display.

NOTE: We do not recommend using the delay timer when adding dairy, eggs, or other
perishable ingredients.
Press the START/STOP button to initiate the selected function. The bread maker will beep
as the kneading paddle begins to mix your ingredients. Note the baking process will not
begin until the input delay time has elapsed if you used the delay timer.

Once the baking process is complete, the bread maker will beep 10 times then
automatically switch to keep warm mode for 1 hour or until manually shut off. To manually
end keep warm mode, press and hold the START/STOP button for 3 seconds.
TIP : If you desire to pause the process at any time once the function has been initiated,
simply press and hold the START/STOP button. To resume, press the START/STOP
button once more.

Allow the baking pan to cool slightly before attempting to remove it
from the bread maker. Once cooled, use oven mitts or gloves to
carefully turn the baking pan counterclockwise to unlock and remove.

After the pan is removed, carefully place the pan upside down on a flat, heat-resistant
surface and tap until the loaf loosens and falls out.

Allow the loaf to cool for at least 10 minutes before attempting to slice.

If kneading paddle gets stuck inside the bread, gently pry it out using a spatula or small utensil.
Never use your hands to remove the kneading paddle as the bread is hot. When finished using
the bread maker, unplug the power cord from the outlet.
NOTE: Store remaining bread in a sealed plastic bag for up to three days at room temperature.
For longer storage time, placed seal plastic bag in a refrigerator for up to 10 days.
