Menu Options
Basic: For white and mixed breads consisting mainly of basic bread flour.
French: Longer kneading, rising, and baking times. Produces a fluffy bread with a crispy
crust.
Whole Wheat: For recipes using whole wheat flour or whole wheat flour blended with
regular.
Quick: For a more dense loaf using a base of all-purpose flour, baking soda and baking
powder. With shortened kneading, rising, and baking phases, your loaf will be
completed within 2 1⁄2 hours.
Sweet: Perfect for breads high in sugar, fat, and protein with a thin crust. For best
results, use the "light" crust color option.
Sandwich: For the types of loaves usually used while making sandwiches—has a more
crumbly texture than traditional loaves.
Gluten Free: Designed specifically for breads using various flours without wheat gluten.
Mix: Will manually begin mixing your dough or batter, and can also be used to mix
homemade ice cream.
Yogurt: Simple low-temperature heating for homemade yogurt or other dairy-based
confections.
Dessert: For sweet, moist loaves that consist of high fat and protein.
Dough: Mixes and kneads any type of dough without rising. Great for preparing dough
for rolls, pizza, or specialty breads that require shaping by hand before rising
and/or baking.
Jam: With the provided paddle, will mix fruit pureé, perfect for making fresh
fruit/vegetable spreads.
Cake: For recipes that use baking soda or powder instead of yeast. Perfect for traditional
cake mix, corn bread, and other light, fluffy breads.
Bake: Will manually begin preheating the bread maker to then bake your custom 15.
Home Made loaf or your pre-prepared dough.
Home Made: A fully custom option where you’ll be able to control the amount of time
each baking phase will last,when the baking/mixing stage should begin,
the loaf size, the crust color, and the optional preset timer.
