  • Covers: Tightfitting tempered glass covers that seal in flavors and nutrients.
  • Oven Safety: Oven safe up to 350°F for short amounts of time (not to exceed 20 minutes). Not suitable for use under a broiler.

  • Exterior Finish: Protective metallic finish guards the aluminum core and provides an enhanced beauty and easy-to-clean exterior.

Usage Features

  • Healthier Cooking: The nonstick surface allows for cooking without the need for added oil or butter, promoting healthier meals. If desired for flavor or appearance, only a minimum amount of oil or butter is needed. Cooking spray is not recommended due to potential residue buildup.
  • Stovetop Cooking:
    • Burner Selection: Match the burner size to the diameter of the pan bottom.
    • Gas Burners: Ensure the flame only touches the bottom of the pan to prevent energy waste and permanent discoloration of the exterior.
    • Smooth-Top Cooking Surfaces: Use caution to avoid scratching or damaging the surface; do not slide cookware.
    • Heat Settings: Avoid high heat as food may burn. The cookware heats quickly and distributes heat evenly. Low to medium heat is recommended for most cooking. Medium-high is sufficient for boiling water.
    • Empty Pans: Never leave Cuisinart® Cookware or any pan empty over a hot burner, as this can ruin the pan and damage the stovetop.
  • Oven Cooking:
    • The cookware can be used in the oven up to 350°F for short durations (maximum 20 minutes).
    • Handles and the pan will become hot; use potholders or oven mitts when handling.
    • Do not place under a broiler.
  • Cooking Utensils: Plastic or wooden utensils are recommended to maintain the appearance and performance of the nonstick surface. Avoid cutting foods or using sharp utensils (forks, knives, mashers, whisks) that can scratch the cooking surface.
  • Storage: Hanging pans by their handles on a cookware rack is recommended for convenient and safe storage. If storing in cabinets or drawers, use care to avoid careless stacking and crowding, which may cause scratches.

Maintenance Features

  • Before First Use: Remove all labels. Wash cookware and covers in warm water with a mild dishwashing soap, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry with a soft dish towel.
  • Easy Cleaning:
    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand washing is recommended using hot sudsy water and a sponge or soft dishcloth.
    • Avoid using steel wool or other metal or abrasive pads, as they can scratch the cookware.
    • Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to maintain the finish.
    • Dishwasher Safe: The cookware can be placed in the dishwasher. Use a non-lemon detergent.
  • Lifetime Warranty (U.S. and Canada Only):
    • Warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal home use from the date of original purchase throughout the original purchaser's lifetime.
    • Hassle-Free Replacement Warranty: If the cookware fails within the warranty period, Cuisinart will repair or replace it at no cost.
    • Exclusions: Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, overheating, scratches, stains, discoloration, or other damage to external or internal surfaces that do not impair functional utility. Incidental or consequential damages are also excluded.
    • Obtaining Service: To obtain a return shipping label, email www.cuisinart.com/customer-care/product-return or call the Consumer Service Center toll-free at 1-800-726-0190.
  • California Residents Only:
    • For In-Warranty Service, residents have the option of returning a nonconforming product to the store where it was purchased or to another retail store selling Cuisinart® products of the same type. The retail store may repair, refer to an independent repair facility, replace the product, or refund the purchase price (less prior usage).
    • If these options are not satisfactory, the consumer may take the product to an independent repair facility if economically feasible. Cuisinart will be responsible for the reasonable cost of such service, repair, replacement, or refund.
    • Alternatively, California residents can return nonconforming products directly to Cuisinart for repair or replacement by calling 1-800-726-0190 or emailing www.cuisinart.com/customer-care/product-return. Cuisinart will cover the cost of repair, replacement, and shipping/handling.
