Cookware is warranted to be free of defects in

material and workmanship under normal home use from the

date of original purchase throughout the original purchaser’s

lifetime.

Your ultimate satisfaction in Cuisinart products is our goal,

so if your Cuisinart

Cookware should fail within the generous

warranty period, we will repair it or, if necessary, replace it at

no cost to you. To obtain a return shipping label, email us at

www.cuisinart.com/customer-care/product-return.

1-800-726-0190 to speak with a representative.

This warranty excludes damage caused by accident, misuse

or abuse, including damage caused by overheating, and it

does not apply to scratches, stains, discoloration or other

damage to external or internal surfaces which does not impair

the functional utility of the cookware.

This warranty also expressly excludes all incidental or

consequential damages. Some states do not allow the

exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential

damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not

apply to you.

This warranty gives you speciﬁc legal rights, and you may

also have other rights which vary from state to state.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY

California law provides that for In-Warranty Service, California

residents have the option of returning a nonconforming

product (a) to the store where it was purchased or (b)

to another retail store which sells Cuisinart

products of

the same type. The retail store shall then, according to its

preference, either repair the product, refer the consumer to

an independent repair facility, replace the product, or refund

the purchase price less the amount directly attributable

to the consumer’s prior usage of the product. If the above

two options do not result in the appropriate relief to the

consumer, the consumer may then take the product to

an independent repair facility, if service or repair can be

economically accomplished. Cuisinart, and not the consumer,

will be responsible for the reasonable cost of such service,

repair, replacement or refund for nonconforming products

under warranty.

California residents may also, according to their preference,

return nonconforming products directly to Cuisinart for

repair, or if necessary, replacement, by calling our Consumer

Service Center toll-free at 1-800-726-0190. To obtain a return

shipping label, email us at www.cuisinart.com/customer-

care/product-return. Cuisinart will be responsible for the

cost of the repair, replacement, and shipping and handling for

such nonconforming products under warranty.

Function Description:

The Cuisinart® SmartNest™ cookware is designed for versatile use, suitable for stovetop cooking (including glass stovetops) and oven use. Its primary function is to provide an efficient and enjoyable cooking experience with the added benefit of non-stick properties for healthier cooking and easy cleanup. The nesting design allows for compact and safe storage, making it ideal for kitchens with limited space.

Construction: Hard Anodized. This construction ensures unsurpassed heat distribution, allowing the cookware to heat quickly and evenly, eliminating hot spots.
Triple-Layer Construction:
- Premium Non-Stick Interior: Titanium reinforced for lifetime food release, promoting healthier cooking with minimal oil or butter, and easy cleaning.

Usage Features:

Healthier Cooking: The non-stick surface reduces the need for excessive oil or butter, promoting healthier meal preparation. A minimum amount of oil or butter can be added to enhance flavor and appearance.
Stovetop Cooking:
- Match burner size to the pan bottom to ensure efficient heating and prevent energy waste, especially with gas burners where flames should not extend up the sides of the pan.
- On glass stovetops, avoid sliding cookware to prevent scratching. Consult your glass cooktop manual for specific recommendations.
Heat Management: Avoid high heat settings; the aluminum core heats quickly, and the dark interior color allows food to cook faster with less heat. Low to medium settings are recommended for most cooking; medium-high is sufficient for boiling water.
Safety Precautions:
- Never leave cookware empty on a hot burner, as this can ruin the pan, damage the stovetop, and potentially cause personal injury.
- Do not allow cookware to boil dry. If it does, turn off the heat and allow it to cool naturally before removing.
- When using in the oven, handles and the pan will become hot; always use pot-holders or oven mitts.
- Do NOT place Cuisinart® Non-Stick Cookware under the broiler.

Maintenance Features:

Before First Use: Remove all labels, wash cookware and covers in warm water with a mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and wipe dry with a soft dish towel.
Easy Cleaning:
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Wash by hand with hot, sudsy water and a sponge or soft dishcloth.
- Do not use steel wool or other metal or abrasive pads, as they can scratch the cookware.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to maintain the flawless finish.
- Dishwasher Use: Do not put the cookware in the dishwasher, as harsh detergents can harm the exterior finish.
Cleaning the Exterior: The smooth exterior finish is easy to clean. Food residue or buildup can be removed with any nonabrasive cleaning product. While the exterior may show wear with continuous use, this will not affect the superior cooking performance.
