  If your Cuisinart Kitchen Appliance grill won't light, start by checking if the liquid propane cylinder is empty. Also, inspect the burner ports for any blockages and use a soft wire brush to clear them. Finally, check the gas orifice on the burner for obstructions, and if blocked, clean it with a needle or thin wire. Never use a wooden toothpick.

Check for spiders and insects that may be causing a blockage. Also, verify that there is an adequate gas supply available, and that the grill is being preheated for 15 minutes.
