• The whisk assembly can be used to beat egg whites. Place the
egg whites in the work bowl. Press the
button and hold
until the whites are the desired consistency.
Tip : add a pinch of salt or a few drops of lemon juice for better
results.
The whisk assembly lets you make preparations like:
• Whipped cream (chantilly, sabayon, tiramisu…)
• Mayonnaise (béarnaise, rouille, crème mousseline…)
• Meringue
• Vinaigrette
