Installation and Adjustment

Gate Preparation

Ensure gate is properly installed and slides smoothly, plumb, level, and moves freely before installing the operator.

Conduit Installation

Use PVC conduit for wires, set into concrete when poured. Protect wires from rough or sharp parts.

Concrete Pad Requirements

Requires a concrete pad for stability, approx. 300x200x200mm deep, 70mm above finish grade. Ensure it doesn't interfere with the gate.

Anchor Installation

Use provided anchors, bolts, washers, nuts set in concrete, or wedge expansion bolts.

Operator Base Mounting

Mount the operator base to the concrete pad, ensuring it is leveled properly.

Operator Mounting

Mount the gate operator to the base using nuts and washers.

Rack Installation

Manually position gate, place pawls on rack, weld rack to gate, ensuring correct meshing with the gear.

Spring Limit Switch Adjustment

Install block, release clutch, manually position gate, screw block to rack, tighten clutch. Adjust block for proper opening/closing positions.

Manual Operation Procedure

Use release key for manual gate operation during power failure. Turn key counterclockwise to release clutch, pull lever.
