Troubleshooting
Car2X switches o automatically
•
Car2X is not allowed in the country you are
driving in.
•
The vehicle has been oline for a long time
and therefore the certicates have not been
updated. Congure the privacy settings so that
an Internet connection is established and cer-
ticates can be updated.
•
There is a fault in the system. Contact a spe-
cialised workshop.
No Car2X data is displayed
•
Car2X has limited operation.
•
There are no participants sending data in the
surrounding area.
•
There are participants sending data in the
surrounding area, but they are not relevant to
your vehicle.
•
The Car2X antennas are blocked by accesso-
ries or parts that cover them. Keep the area
surrounding of the Car2X antennas free of ob-
stacles.
•
Data exchange between participants is re-
duced or impossible due to weather condi-
tions.
•
The driver has already reacted to the hazard-
ous situation ahead.
CUPRA CONNECT Gen4
Introduction
To use CUPRA CONNECT Gen4, it must rst
be activated online by concluding a CONNECT
contract with SEAT, S.A. and is subject to a
country-specic time limitation.
Both the CUPRA CONNECT Gen4 service
portfolios oered by CUPRA and individual
services can be modied, cancelled, deactiva-
ted, reactivated, renamed and extended, even
without prior notication.
In My CUPRA App you can create a user ac-
count, consult the description of services and
remotely manage the electric vehicle’s battery
charging and air conditioning, amount other
aspects.
The implementation and availability of all CU-
PRA CONNECT Gen4 services and service
portfolios may vary by country, as well as by
vehicle and its equipment.
Description of services
Before running CUPRA CONNECT Gen4 serv-
ices, please read and note the description of
the corresponding services. Descriptions are
updated from time to time and are available
online through the My CUPRA App.

Always use the most up-to-date version of
the corresponding service description.
WARNING
In areas with
insuicient mobile phone and
GPS coverage, emergency calls and phone
calls will not be connected and data cannot
be transmitted.
•
Change location if possible.
NOTICE
The vehicle may be damaged by factors out-
side CUPRA’s control. These may be speci-
cally:
•
Misuse of mobile terminals
•
Data loss during transmission.
•
Unsuitable or defective third party applica-
tions.
•
Malicious software on data storage devices,
computers, tablets or mobile phones.
Services portfolio
The initial service assignment shown here rep-
resents the maximum possible volume. The
maximum possible volume is only available on
a few vehicle models. During the useful life of
the vehicle, you can change the assignment
shown here.
After activating the service management in the
infotainment system, you can check whether
services are available to the vehicle and what
services they are
