Antenna Location Guidelines

Mount vertically in the clear, away from objects. Avoid attaching to a ground radial system.

Mast Mounting Requirements

Use a rigid mast, 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 inches diameter. Use non-conducting guy wires if needed.

System Grounding Importance

Direct grounding of the mast protects from lightning and high voltages. Use #10 AWG wire.

Antenna Assembly and Adjustment

Follow steps 1 through 5 for assembly. Verify dimensions in Chart A after assembly.
