Caveats
Please be advised only multicast-supported IP phones may be aggregated into a multicast paging
group. Currently, other than Polycom IP Phones capable of running UC Software version 4.0.0
and higher, RingCentral sells the following models tested for compatibility through a CyberData
reseller:
• Cisco SPA 514G
• Cisco SPA 525G
These models support up to 2 multicast groups (multicast address and port number) when
running firmware version 3.2.2. Refer to Cisco documentation for configuration details.
