Using HTTP GET:
Use the example where Clickatell is the SMS provider.
The basic form of URL using the HTTP GET method is:
http://api.clickatell.com/http/sendmsg?user=tedmosby&password=himym&api_id=2014331&to
=E_PHONE_NUMBER&text=E_PHONE_MESSAGE

Definition
user=tedmosby
Replace “tedmosby” with the user name created at the Clickatell
website.
password=himym
Replace “himym” with the password created at the Clickatell
website.
api_id=2014331
Replace “2014331” with the API ID acquired at the Clickatell
website.
to=E_PHONE_NUMBER
Do not replace this information. It refers to the receiver phone
number entered in System Tab > Notification > SMS
Recipients.
text=E _MESSAGE
Do not replace this information. It refers to the event action sent
by the SMS service provider. For configurations, see System Tab
> Notification > Event Action.
