  If your CyberPower UPS isn't turning on, there might be a few reasons. The on/off switch may be preventing damage from rapid cycling; try turning the UPS off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning it back on. Ensure the unit is connected to a 220/230/240v outlet. If the batteries have degraded, contact CyberPower Systems about replacement batteries at service@cyberpower-eu.com.   If the PowerPanel® Personal Edition is inactive, ensure the serial or USB cable is properly connected to the UPS unit, using the cable that came with the unit. Try a different port on your computer. If the unit isn't providing power from batteries, shut down your computer, turn the UPS off, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on to reset the unit. Also, verify that you are using the cable included with the unit for the software.

  If the CyberPower UPS outlet isn't providing power, it could be due to several reasons. Firstly, the circuit breaker might have tripped due to an overload. In this case, turn off the UPS, unplug some equipment, wait 10 seconds, reset the circuit breaker, and then turn the UPS back on. Alternatively, the batteries may be discharged; recharge the unit for at least 4 hours. It's also possible that uncritical outlets have turned off automatically because of an overload. If so, push the toggle button to turn them back on. Finally, the unit might have been damaged by a surge or spike; in this case, contact CyberPower Systems about replacement batteries at service@cyberpower-eu.com.
