To manually sync the time log into the Kamoer Remote app and tap on the device icon for your KH
Manager then go to the settings icon in the bottom right. Tap on the heading ‘Time Setting’ and then
select ‘Time Sync’. When done tap the blue arrow in the top left corner to exit.
If there is a connection lag between the KH Manager and your home network it is possible to see
the time sync prompt appear, this does not mean that the time on the unit is lost or necessarily
wrong. If communication is slow through the router to the cloud server the processing time will
cause a delay long enough that a time sync is requested, normally this is due to the time being one
or two seconds out.
FACTORY SETTINGS RESET
It is possible to clear any altered settings on the KH Manager to restore it to factory default. To do
this log into the Kamoer Remote app and tap on the device icon for your KH Manager then go to the
settings icon in the bottom right. Select the heading ‘Factory Settings Reset’ followed by ‘Reset’ in
the prompt that appears on screen to continue or ‘Cancel’ to exit without resetting.
If you want to reset the calibration settings on the KH Manager go to the main settings tab in the
Kamoer Remote app, select ‘Maintain’, the ‘calibration’ tile and then ‘Reset Calibration’, tap on
‘Reset’ and then confirm by selecting ‘Reset’ in the pop up that appears at the bottom of the screen
to perform the action, or select ‘Cancel’ to exit without resetting. Please be aware you will need to
follow the calibration instructions before setting the unit to test after performing this step.
REMOVING THE UNIT FROM YOUR KAMOER REMOTE ACCOUNT
The KH Manager can be removed from your Kamoer Remote account in two ways.
Log into your account and then in the ‘My Devices’ screen hold your finger on the tile for the device
you want to remove. A pop-up will appear on the bottom of the screen, tap the red ‘Remove’ icon
and the device will be unregistered from your account. To exit without removing the device tap
anywhere on the screen above the pop-up.
Log into the Kamoer Remote app and tap on the device icon for your KH Manager then go to the
settings icon in the bottom right. Select ‘Remove Device’ from the list followed by ‘Remove’ in the
prompt that appears on screen to continue or ‘Cancel’ to exit without removing the device.
Note: Removing the device from your account will clear any stored test data.
