  If your wireless client can't access the internet, ensure it is associated with the correct router. Check this by right-clicking the Local Area Connection icon in the taskbar and selecting 'View Available Wireless Networks'. Also, verify the IP address assigned to the wireless adapter is within the same range as the gateway (e.g., 192.168.0.x, if your DI-614+ IP address is 192.168.0.1). Each device needs a unique IP address, and the subnet mask must be the same for all computers on the network.

  To reset your D-Link DI-614+ to its factory default settings, locate the Reset button on the back of the device. Use a paper clip to press and hold the Reset button for approximately 10 seconds, then release.

  If you're unable to access the configuration menu for your D-Link Wireless Router, first, ensure the Ethernet LED on the DI-614+ is lit. If it's off, verify the Ethernet cable is securely connected. Next, confirm your Ethernet adapter is functioning correctly. You can also perform a Ping test to check if the DI-614+ is responding. To do this, go to Start>Run>Type Command>Type ping 192.168.0.1. A successful ping will show four replies.
