  If the computer used to configure the D-Link Wireless Router cannot access the configuration menu, verify that the Ethernet LED on the device is lit. If it's off, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected. Also, check that the Ethernet adapter is functioning correctly and that the IP address is within the same range and subnet as the router. Run a Ping test to confirm the router is responding.

  If your wireless client cannot access the Internet in Infrastructure mode with your D-Link Wireless Router, first ensure that the wireless client is associated and joined with the correct Access Point. Next, check that the IP Address assigned to the wireless adapter is within the same IP Address range as the access point and gateway.
