You can reset your device by using a paper clip to press and hold the recessed Reset button until the LED turns solid red. * Make sure your router is connected to the Internet and has Wi-Fi enabled. * Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. * Ensure that your mydlink device is within range of your Wi-Fi network.

  If your D-Link Security Camera gets too hot, it might be because the spotlight has been activated for a long time or live-view is being used continuously for an extended period. It's not recommended to continuously view in Color Night Vision mode.

  To use a microSD card with your D-Link Security Camera, it must be formatted to the FAT32 file system. You can do this in the mydlink app by selecting the Format function in the storage menu under the Device settings.
