Unplug the unit from the power source, wait 20 seconds and plug unit back into the
power source to reboot the controller. Run your last treatment dose and time and see if
the error comes back.
If this error re-occurs, contact the Daavlin Service Department.
EEO5 = UV Off level greater than maximum allowed value. The UV Sensor is reading more
light then the system allows while the lamps are supposed to be off.
Exit from the system and turn it off. DO NOT OPERATE THE UNIT- Contact the
Daavlin Service Department, immediately.
EE06 = Current On level greater than maximum allowed value. The current measured by the
Sensor Board is greater than the system limits while the lamps are on.
Contact the Daavlin Service Department to verify the Safety Setting -05-
EE07 = Current On level lower than minimum allowed value. The current measured by the
Sensor Board is less than the system limits while the lamps are on.
Check that the lamp in front of the sensor is on during treatment.
Contact the Daavlin Service Department to verify Safety Setting -06-
EE08 = Current counts greater than 95% of maximum (>62,259)
Contact the Daavlin Service Department
EE09 = UV counts greater than 95% of maximum (>62,259)
Verify that the UV sensor is centered in the hole in the reflector.
Contact the Daavlin Service Department.
EE10 = Current Off level greater than maximum allowed value. The current measured by the
Sensor Board is higher than the system allows while the lamps are supposed to be off.
Verify that the lamps are going off when they should.
Contact The Daavlin Service Department immediately
EE11 = Zero read back from sensor during calibration
Check that the lamp in front of the sensor is on during treatment.
Verify that the sensor is clean, unobstructed, and centered in the hole in the reflector.
Contact the Daavlin Service Department
E700 = Analog common (ground) out of range
Check that the sensor cable is installed correctly.
If all connections are good replace the sensor cable. If that does not fix the problem,
replace the sensor board.
If that still does not fix the problem, replace the Flex Controller.
E701 = Analog test voltage out of range.
