b. Disassembling and Assembling
1) Injection pump
I M P O R TANT :
• If replacing the pump element, the amount of fuel
injection should be adjusted on specified bench.
(1) Pump body
(2) Control rack
(3) Delivery valve holder
(4) Delivery valve spring
(5) Delivery valve
(6) Tappet roller
(7) Cylinder
(8) Plunger
2) Injection nozzle
Nozzle holder
1. Secure the nozzle retaining nut (7) with a vise.
2. Remove the nozzle holder (1), and take out parts
i n s i d e .
(When reassembling)
• Assemble the nozzle in clean fuel oil.
• Install the push rod (4), nothing its direction.

(4) Push rod
(5) Distance piece
(6) Nozzle
(7) Nozzle nut
