Hydraulic Pump
Remove and Install Hydraulic Pump
Start By :
a. Remove counterweight.
1. Drain the oil from the hydraulic tank.
2. Disconnect three oil lines (1) from the pump
elbows.
3. Remove bolts (2) and disconnect U-Joint (3).
4. Fasten a hoist to pump (5). Remove bolts (4) that
hold the pump in place. Remove the pump and
plate assembly. The weight of the pump is 30 kg
(132 lb).
NOTE : The following steps are for installation of the
hydraulic pump.
5. Inspect seals for damage. Install new seals, if
needed.
6. Fasten a hoist to pump (5). Put the pump and
plate assembly in position and install the bolts that
hold the pump in place. The weight of the pump is
30 kg (132 lb).
7. Connect three oil lines (1) to the pump elbows.
8. Connect U-joint (3) in position and install bolts (2).
9. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level.
