Emergency procedure:
1. Park the vehicle in a safe place.
2. Apply the park brake.
3. Turn the drive mode switch to 'N' (neutral).
4. Remove the ignition key.
5. Exit the cabin.
6. Use the optional main switch (figure 1) to switch OFF the 24 V circuit.
7. Place the necessary and/or mandatory warnings and wait at a safe distance
from the vehicle.

General warnings
WARNING!
Damage to the High-Voltage battery pack may result in vehicle
breakdown and/or engine power reduction. When hitting bumps,
it is important to check the battery pack for damage. If necessary,
contact the DAF Service dealer.
WARNING!
The High-Voltage batteries are always be energised even after
witching off the ignition or main switch.
WARNING!
Read the warning instructions described in the driver's manual,
see chapter 'Warnings and safety regulations'.
