Possible cause: Faulty hydro PCB.

2.3.23 C5-00 – Heat exchanger thermistor abnormality
Trigger Effect Reset
Refrigerant heat
exchanger temperature is
out of range.
Unit will stop operating. Automatic reset.
To solve the error code
INFORMATION
It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed order.
1 Perform a check of the inlet water thermistor. See "3.20Thermistors"[4248].
Possible cause: Faulty inlet water thermistor.
2 Perform a check of the outlet water after heat exchanger thermistor. See
"3.20Thermistors"[4248].
Possible cause: Faulty outlet water after heat exchanger thermistor.
3 Perform a check of the refrigerant liquid thermistor. See
"3.20Thermistors"[4248].
Possible cause: Faulty refrigerant liquid thermistor.
4 Perform a check of the hydro PCB. See "3.12Hydro PCB"[4160].
Possible cause: Faulty hydro PCB.
