Why is my Daikin FTKD50BVMT Air Conditioner outdoor unit leaking water?
In HEAT mode, frost on the outdoor unit melts into water or steam when the Daikin air conditioner is in defrost operation. In COOL or DRY mode, moisture in the air condenses into water on the cool surface of outdoor unit piping and drips.
Why does the outdoor fan on my Daikin FTKD50BVMT Air Conditioner keep running when it's not in use?
The outdoor fan might continue rotating for an additional 60 seconds to protect the system. Also, when the outdoor temperature is very high, the outdoor fan may start rotating to protect the system.
