11 BASIC CONTROL SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC
MicroTech controller, extension modules and communication modules are equipped with two status LED (BSP and BUS)
to indicate the operational status of the devices. The meaning of the two status LED is indicated below.
Controller LED
Application loaded but not running (*)
Application not loaded (*)
(*) Contact Service.
Extension Module LED
Communication running, I/O working
Communication running, parameter missing (*)
(*) Contact Service.
Extension Module EXV Driver
Valve full open (not applicable)
Valve closing or going to reference after power fail
Motor disconnected or shorted
BPS running, communication with controller
BSP running, no communication with controller (*)
(*) Contact Service.
BUS LED status vary depending on the module.
