Tips about DHWtank temperature
▪ Set the Priority schedule to DHW to minimize the usage of the electric
booster heater.
▪ Use a weekly schedule for your normal domestic hot water needs (ONLY in
scheduled mode).
▪ Also, by setting the heat up action to only scheduled action, interruption to A/C
operation will be limited to the specific moments where A/C heating/cooling
demand is less important.
- Program to heat up the DHW tank to a preset value (Comfort = higher
DHW tank temperature) during the night, because then A/C heating/cooling
demand is lower (example: between 22:00 and 04:00).
- If heating up the DHW tank once at night is NOT sufficient, program to
additionally heat up the DHWtank to a preset value (Eco = lower DHW tank
temperature) during the day or the time when occupants are not present
(example: between 09:00 and 15:00).
▪ Make sure the desired DHWtank temperature is NOT too high. Example: After
installation, lower the DHWtank temperature daily by 1°C and check if you still
have enough hot water.
