Method of Error Detection
Imbalance in supply voltage is detected in PCB.
Imbalance in the power supply voltage causes increased
ripple of voltage of the main circuit capacitor in the
inverter. Consequently, the increased ripple is detected.
Error Decision Conditions
When the resistance value of thermistor becomes a value
equivalent to open or short circuited status.
∗ Error is not decided while the unit operation is
continued.
"P1" will be displayed by pressing the inspection
button.
When the amplitude of the ripple exceeding a certain
value is detected for consecutive 4 minutes.
Supposed Causes
Open phase
Voltage imbalance between phases
Defective main circuit capacitor
Defective inverter PCB
Defective K2 relay in inverter PCB
Improper main circuit wiring
