Print and feed paper n/203 inch

[Range] {0 <= n <= FFh}
[Outline] Prints data contained in the print buffer and feeds paper by n/203
inches. Since the actual mechanical pitch is 1/203 inch, it is
internally converted approximately to the value specified with this
command.

Select character Font A or B

[Outline] Selects character font.
Only bit 0 of n is significant:
0 Selects font A (12x22).
1 Selects font B (10x20).
