Ordinary maintenance
Ordinary maintenance refers to the appliance
internal cleaning that must be performed every
week through the above mentioned cleaning cycle
“4. Burr cleaning”. It must be carried out with a
product that is specially sold by the manufacturer
for the cleaning of burrs and grinding chamber
(and therefore all the parts that come in contact
with coffee).
Conversely, the daily external cleaning of the
appliance requires a product that is degreasing
(but not a solvent), odourless and suitable for
surfaces that come in contact with food.
To avoid ruining external parts, do not use abrasive
sponges.
Clean the internal part of the whole bean hopper
with the special detergent on a weekly base.
WARNING
In case the coffee grinder remains unused for some days, perform a cleaning cycle before using it
again in order to prevent old coffee remains from affecting the taste of the freshly ground coffee.
