Preparation of espresso coffee
• Detach filter holder taking care
not to touch hot metal parts!
• Clean the filter and fill filter
holder with fresh ground coffee
(1 coffee dose for 1 cup filter-2
coffee doses for 2 cups filter).
• Press the coffee lightly with
the special tamper and clean
the filter ring in order to take
away possible coffee remains.
• Hang back the filter holder
tightly until it locks and press
the requested coffee switch
(P1-P2-P3-P4).
• When the light of the button
you pressed goes off, the es-
presso coffee is ready.

Avoid placing your hands un-
der the brewing groups when
the unit is operating.
Do not touch metal parts of the
brewing groups or filter hol-
ders because they can cause
burning.
NOTE
To obtain a good coffee it is necessary to have filter holder 10
-11 always inserted in the groups 12 in order to have a correct
temperature.
This machine has 5 brewing buttons for each group; 4 of them
are electronically dosed and one has the continuous brewing
function and stop.
The 4 dosed buttons should be set by the technician when
installing the machine in agreement with the user and the
user should not modify this setting.
