Periodic maintenance
The good functioning of coffee
machine is guaranteed by a good
maintenance.
WARNING
• Incorrect maintenance that
can cause damage to people,
animals or objets, cannot be
responsibility of the producer.
• Before starting maintenance
wear protective gloves for high
temperature.
• Before starting maintenance
turn off coffee machine through
main switch (

) and close water.
Cleaning coffee machine body
Clean with a squeezed cloth.
Don’t use abrasive detergent.
Cleaning coffee machine parts
in contact with coffee
• Daily and only when coffee
machine is switched off, take out
filter holder (

) from the coffee
groups (

) and take out filters
from filter holder (

).
• Wash all parts with equipped
brush in order to remove possi-
ble coffee remains.
Periodic cleaning
• Every 15 days take out shower
and holder-shower under the
group through equipped “T” key,
and clean the parts with brush.
• Reassemble parts carefully.
Wrong reassembling can cause
bad coffee and group damage.
• Clean coffee group and shower
with brush.
• Take out the basin (

) and the
cups-grill (

) and remove pos-
sible coffee remains.
