using YOUR Egg Bite Maker

Set the Egg Bite Maker on a stable, at, heat-resistant surface
(photo A).
NOTE: You do not need to pre-heat the Egg Bite Maker, but doing
so can decrease the cooking time.

Fill one of the small Silicone Cups with water, and pour it onto the
Heating Plate (photo B). The water will heat, steaming the egg bites
for a soft, creamy texture.
