Using Your Egg Bite Maker
NOTE: Adding ingredients adds volume
to the mixture, so two eggs may end up
making more than four egg bites. You can
restart the process from Step 2 to make as
many egg bites as needed!

Whisk eggs with preferred ingredients and seasonings in a small
bowl (photo C). See Recipe Guide for specic recipes. The four
Silicone Cups will cook about two large eggs.
Chef Tip!
It may be helpful to
grease the interior of
the Silicone Cups with
cooking oil to ensure that
egg bites release cleanly.

Fill the four Silicone Cups ¾ of the way
with egg mixture and ingredients (photo
D). This will allow the egg bites to expand
as they cook.
