1 egg
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cracked black pepper

Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until
well-combined.
2. Scoop out small amounts of the potato mixture and form into
patties. Spray or grease the Mini Maker Griddle with a small
amount of oil. Cook patties one at a time in the Mini Maker Griddle.
3. Serve with Greek yogurt and applesauce.
