Battery information
Battery charging
The solar panel _an fully _harge a flat battery in 3 days, provided that the
energizer is swit_hed off and that there is adequate sunlight.
Battery save operation
In most _ir_umstan_es, when the battery is fully _harged, the 0.5 J model
energizer will deliver a pulse every 1.5 se_onds. The 1.0 J model
energizer delivers a pulse every 1.5 se_onds during the day, and every 2
se_onds at night.
If days of bad weather o__ur or insuffi_ient sunlight is re_eived, the
energizer may _onserve battery power by operating in half power mode
with a redu_ed pulse speed of 3.5 se_onds. On_e suffi_ient sunlight is
re_eived and the battery is fully _harged again, the energizer will return
to normal operation.
If there is poor sunlight for many days and the battery be_omes depleted,
the energizer may stop delivering pulses altogether. However, on_e the
energizer begins to re_eive suffi_ient sunlight again, the battery will
re_harge and the energizer will resume normal operation.
