Warranty
This produ_t is warranted against faulty material and workmanship for a
period from the date of pur_hase. If a warranted defe_t o__urs, return this
produ_t with proof of pur_hase to the pla_e of pur_hase. Details of
warranty periods and other terms applying are available at the pla_e of
pur_hase or at datamars.com
Note:
- No responsibility is a__epted for any a__ident or damage _aused
subsequent to any tampering with or modifi_ation to or misuse of
this produ_t, in_luding (but not limited to) alterations made by
anyone other than Datamars or its agents.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is ex_lusive,
personal to you and in lieu of all other warranties, representations or
_onditions relating to this produ_t (whether express or implied and
whenever arising) whether originating by statute, law, trade, _ustom
or otherwise.
- The produ_t warranty is only valid in the original _ountry of pur_hase.
Any _laims made in another _ountry may in_ur full repair _osts at the
owner’s expense.
Servicing
This energizer _ontains no user servi_eable parts. It must be returned to a
servi_e agent appointed by Datamars Limited for repair.
Note
: If you suspe_t that the energizer is not working, always _he_k the
battery _onne_tion and voltage before pro_eeding.
