5. Firmware Upgrade Procedure
The TLM-700UHD provides a mini USB firmware upgrade interface for
users to upgrade the latest CPU and FPGA firmware.
Requirement
- USB female to mini USB transfer cable
- A USB thumb drive
Please follow following steps for upgrading the CPU and FPGA firmware.
 CPU Firmware Upgrade
Step 1. Please prepare a USB female to mini USB transfer cable which is
shown as follows.
Step 2. Please copy the CPU firmware upgrade file “MERGE.bin” into the
root of the USB thumb drive.
Step 3. Please long-press the EXIT button to enter the engineering
mode when the TLM-700UHD is booting.
