How to quickly add text into a DV Prompter document
The prompting script, or presenters’ text, will probably exist as a text document from the planning
stage of the production.
By copying and pasting this script text from the original document into the text body of an E-Mail it can
then be quickly transferred to the smart phone.
When you attempt to forward this email using the smart phone this prompting text can then be copied
into the memory of the phone. Press for a few seconds on a single word in the text and the word will
be highlighted when copy option becomes available. Move the end tabs so the whole of the script is
selected. Then choose or tap on the copy icon.
Now open the DV Prompter app and paste the copied text into a new or existing document.
Tidy up the transferred text as necessary, into sound bites and add some Break Markers. You now
have your newly created prompting document ready to save.

Apps menu.
