Your lter and helmet assembly
should now look like this.

Turn the assembly on its side, and
place the 2 x 6mm dome-headed
screw into the arrowed hole on the
underside of the helmet cover.

Tighten the screw using a
screwdriver, making sure not to
overtighten it as this could damage the
plastic part.

Tighten the screw fully with a
screwdriver.

Lay the left side of the helmet
air lter cover on your work
surface, as shown. Then lower the air
lter assembly onto it so that the ridge
around the edge of the lter base sits
neatly into the groove at the rear of the
helmet cover (see red arrow).

Next, join the right side of the
air lter cover to the left. Fit the
groove at its rear over the ridge on the
air lter base, and its locating pins into
the corresponding holes (see arrows).
