Why is my DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner not charging?

  Your DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner might not be charging for several reasons: * The robot is not powered ON. To solve this, move the robot's Bottom Power Switch to the ON position. * The robot has not made a connection with the Charging Dock. Ensure the robot's Charging Contacts are connected with the Charging Dock Pins. If needed, manually move the robot to connect them. * The Charging Dock is unplugged while DEEBOT is powered ON, which leads to battery drain. Plug in the Charging Dock and keep DEEBOT powered ON. Keep DEEBOT on the Charging Dock to ensure it has a full battery. * The battery is completely discharged. To re-activate it, place DEEBOT on the Charging Dock by hand, remove it after charging for 3 minutes, repeat this process 3 times, and then charge normally.

Make sure to power ON DEEBOT. * The robot's battery is low. Keep DEEBOT powered ON and on the Charging Dock to ensure it's fully charged. * The robot's Suction Intake is blocked or its components are tangled with debris. Turn the robot's power OFF, clean the Dust Bin, and invert the robot. Clean the robot's Suction Intake and Side Brushes.

  If you're experiencing Remote Control failure with your DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner: * The battery in the Remote Control may need replacing. Replace it with a new battery, ensuring correct installation. * DEEBOT might be powered OFF, or its battery could be low. Ensure DEEBOT is powered ON and fully charged. * The infrared signal may be blocked due to a dirty Infrared Emitter on the Remote Control or a dirty Infrared Receiver on DEEBOT. Clean both with a clean, dry cloth. * Other equipment might be interfering with the infrared signal. Avoid using the Remote Control near other equipment that uses infrared signals.
