What to do if my DEEBOT N78 Vacuum Cleaner won't charge?

  If your DEEBOT isn't charging, first ensure the Bottom Power Switch is in the ON position. Check that the Charging Contacts on the robot are connected to the Charging Dock Pins; manually adjust the robot if needed. Make sure the Charging Dock is plugged in and DEEBOT is powered ON to maintain a full battery. If the battery is completely discharged, reactivate it by placing DEEBOT on the Charging Dock by hand, removing it after 3 minutes, repeating this process 3 times, and then charging it normally.

Why DEEBOT Vacuum Cleaner will not clean automatically at scheduled time?

  If your DEEBOT isn't cleaning automatically at the scheduled time, there could be several reasons. The Intelligent Scheduling function might be cancelled, so you should set it up again. Ensure that DEEBOT is powered ON and that the battery is not low; keep DEEBOT powered ON and on the Charging Dock. Also, the robot's Suction Intake might be blocked or its components tangled with debris. In that case, power OFF DEEBOT.

  If your DEEBOT gets tangled with electrical cords, curtains, or rug fringe, it will try to free itself. If it can't, manually remove the obstacles and restart it. Also, check the Side Brushes for tangled hair or debris. If found, clean them and restart the device.

  If you're experiencing Remote Control failure with your DEEBOT, first replace the battery in the Remote Control, ensuring it's correctly installed. Make sure DEEBOT is powered ON and fully charged. Clean the Infrared Emitter on the Remote Control and the Infrared Receiver on DEEBOT with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using the Remote Control near other equipment using infrared signals.
